The Balance RehabClinic Finance Manager (CFO) We are a private luxury rehabilitation & detox facility located in Switzerland and in Mallorca in search of a Finance Manager who can oversee the corresponding responsibilities. It is important to be highly organized, detail-oriented and have good team spirit. Role characteristics & Responsibilities: · Fulltime position with flexible hours. · Good highspeed internet connection · Language skills minimum: English, German, Spanish · Have good communication skills & a positive attitude · High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information · Great knowledge working with computer software, Excel, Onedrive and Microsoft Teams · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Multitasking and prioritize effectively with willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks · Write reports, budgets & make financial models with KPI’s · Assisting online team meetings & respond promptly to requests · Maintain accurate records of invoices, contracts, payslips, bank statements, process payments etc. · Manage monthly reporting · Manage annual financial statements and tax declarations · Have good communication with our accountants · Have a master's in finance. Previous experience required as Senior. · Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate finance a plus. · Salary depending on experience, language skills and education. · Location: can be flexible in Mallorca, Zurich or at home If you wish to be considered for the reflected role joining our growing team, please contact us. Buscamos para nuestras villas incorporar a housekeeper/limpiadora a media jornada (20h/semana), con horario de mañana. Imprescindible experiencia previa , buena presencia y vehículo. Buscamos gente con actitud, con ganas y capacidad de trabajar en equipo y crear buen ambiente laboral. Sus labores: -Encargarse de la máxima pulcritud y limpieza de las villas. -Saber respetar la privacidad y desprender la labor acorde al entorno sereno. -Trabajar con detalles y elementos decorativos adecuados para ofrecer una experiencia 5 estrellas. -Comunicación activa con la directiva referente a las necesidades de las villas. -Supervisión del buen funcionamiento de los elementos de las casas. -Sabes usar/tener nociones sobre Microsoft Teams, nuestro sistema interno de comunicación.
