We are looking for a Regional Director of Global Sales for Europe & Turkey to be based in our Barcelona Head Office, that will spearhead our sales initiatives across the world for our properties in Europe Division, focusing on our METT Hotels & Resorts, Social Living Collection TM, and Premium Lifestyle brand. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing our market presence, and ensuring our brands stand out in the competitive lifestyle luxury hotel sector. We are looking for a strategic leader with a passion for luxury, innovation, and an impressive track record in sales and leadership within the hospitality industry. Main responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Sunset Hotels & Resorts to achieve revenue goals in our properties in the Europe Division. • Support the hotel sales team, fostering a culture of success, innovation, and excellence. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across corporate, luxury travel, and MICE segments. • Manage all Global Sales Offices of Sunset Hotels & Resorts and set clear targets for each market. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. • Collaborate with hotel sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure a unified approach to brand representation and revenue generation. • Represent our brands at key industry events, enhancing visibility and strengthening our market position. • Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives. • Uphold the highest standards of brand integrity and service excellence in all endeavors. Qualifications and requirements • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field. • 8+ years of proven sales experience in the luxury hospitality industry, including leadership roles. • Deep understanding of the luxury hotel market dynamics in Europe and Turkey, with a network in luxury travel and hospitality. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Have a passion for innovation, luxury, and creating exceptional guest experiences. • A willingness to travel extensively. • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable. Funciones ¿Quieres desarrollar tu carrera laboral en el área de Recepción? ¿Te apasiona el mundo de la Hostelería y quieres formar parte de Sercotel Hotels Group? Ven a ser parte de nuestro equipo de trabajo, en la posición de Recepcionista para Sercotel Valladolid. Tus principales retos serán: - Acoger y recibir a los huéspedes, atendiendo sus necesidades durante toda su estancia en el hotel y facilitándoles información sobre todos los servicios que ofrece el hotel. - Dar soporte en la coordinación de acciones con todos los departamentos, con el fin de ofrecer un servicio de calidad y experiencia que impulse hacia la fidelización de nuestro cliente y la reputación de la marca. - Controlar las entradas y salidas del hotel (Check in, check out). - Gestionar las nuevas reservas. - Estar informado de las actividades, novedades, etc., que se produzcan en el hotel y entorno, con la finalidad de garantizar la gestión de la información interna y hacia el cliente. - Contestar los e-mails que lleguen durante el turno de trabajo. - Realizar el cuadre de caja. - Atención telefónica. - Sacar informes de producción para la dirección. Requisitos ¿Qué necesitas para aplicar? - Haber cursado el grado en Turismo o estudios afines. - Imprescindible nivel avanzado de Inglés y francés (se valorará de manera positiva el dominio de otros idiomas). - Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en hoteles como Recepcionista. - Conocimiento en programas de gestión hotelera, preferiblemente Opera. - Alta orientación al cliente y vocación por su trabajo.
