Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay. Your main responsibilities will include guest registration, handling bookings, and providing assistance as needed during your scheduled hours.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
Register guests, verify their information, and process payments accurately.
Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, stocking supplies as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling reservations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or receptionist role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email).
Ability to work flexible hours between 10:00 and 22:00, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet guest needs.
