Cuáles serán tus funciones y/o responsabilidades? - Limpieza de mesas. - Puesta en marcha de lavavajillas - Ubicación de utensilios donde correspondan. - Repaso de baños y zonas comunes. To Manage the Housekeeping Department, achieving consistently high professional standards of service and cleanliness and ensuring our guests satisfaction. JOB DESCRIPTION: Ensure that you and the Housekeeping Team: Service guest facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and in accordance with Miiro Brand procedures and productivity requirements. Maintain cleanliness of public areas. Have knowledge of the COSHH regulations in relation to cleaning materials, ensuring that all materials are used and stored in compliance with these regulations. Check rooms to ensure they are cleaned and all “extras” are in place in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and to clean rooms as per the business requirements and staffing levels aligned with an extended stay operation. Leave all rooms in a secure condition after cleaning. Have knowledge of and operate security and emergency procedures in the hotel. Report, immediately, to the Maintenance Department, any damage, wear and tear, or defects Operate guest laundry service efficiently and effectively. Deal with items of lost property in accordance with Company Procedures. Assist guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, as required. Deal with complaints/problems politely and make every effort to resolve these. If you cannot resolve them refer to your Hotel/General Manager but, in any case, advise full details to your Hotel/General Manager at the first opportunity. Respect guests’ privacy at all times Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service, hygiene, health and safety and ensure that there is minimal wastage. Self-Management Comply with hotel rules and regulations and provisions contained in the employment handbook. Comply with company grooming and uniform standards. Comply with timekeeping and attendance policies. Actively participate in training and development programs and maximise opportunities for self-development. Customer Service Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards to include: Being attentive to guests Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the guest experience Understand and anticipate guest needs Accurately and promptly fulfilling guest requests Health Safety & Security Demonstrate an understanding and an awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety. Familiarise yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures. Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of your Hotel/General Manager. General Perform other tasks at the level of the role as directed by your Hotel/General Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals Have the desire and ability to improve your knowledge and abilities through on-going training. Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries. Se busca personal para limpieza de apartamentos turísticos en Barcelona. El horario puede escilar entre las 10h y las 16.30h. Limpieza de Ventanas y Superficies de Cristal: - Limpiar ventanas y espejos tanto en el interior como en el exterior de las casetas. - Asegurar que todas las superficies de cristal estén libres de manchas y huellas. Mantenimiento de Áreas de Descanso y Cocina: - Limpiar y desinfectar áreas de cocina, incluyendo microondas, refrigeradores y superficies de trabajo. - Reponer suministros como toallas de papel, detergente y otros productos necesarios.
