Responsibilities: Manage all bookings efficiently and effectively, using reservation systems and technological tools. Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure proper allocation of bookings and maximize capacity. Provide exceptional customer service by handling phone inquiries, emails, and reservation requests. Follow established procedures to confirm, modify, or cancel bookings according to company policies. Maintain accurate booking records and generate periodic reports on booking activity. Requirements: Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the restaurant industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a minimum. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Great attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.
