Whether you’re preparing drinks exactly as our guests want or serving them delicious food, you’ll be devoted to creating relaxing, memorable experiences. Reports to the Restaurant Manager. Your day-to-day Create a warm and welcome to everyone and setting the tone for each guest’s experience. Describe the selection of beverages of any kind and menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods. Understand and memorize al recipes and descriptions of all our products, spirits, food cocktails and so on. Set up your bar – stock up on all the supplies you’ll need and manage your inventory. Ensure that beverages are well stocked. Look after all house made ingredients and preparations, double check quality daily. Ensure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of the working area. Be ready to jump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your help. Work with your restaurant and kitchen colleagues to offer a seamless food service. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. Report and follow up on maintenance and repairs and for the cleanliness of the bar. Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items. What we need from you 2+ years’ experience working with in hotel/bar as bartender. Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. ¿QUIERES FORMAR PARTE DE NUESTRO EQUIPO? ESTAMOS BUSCANDO UN PERFIL DE BARMAN/BARMAID. Se ocupa básicamente del servicio de barra, desde su montaje hasta el cierre del servicio. Mantiene ordenado y limpio el almacén y cualquier sitio donde se almacenen los productos del bar. · Prepara y entrega las bebidas siguiendo los estándares de la empresa. · Mantiene ordenado y limpio su local de trabajo según los estándares de higiene de la empresa. · Mantiene ordenado y limpio el almacén y cualquier sitio donde se almacenen los productos del bar. · Mantiene en perfecto estado los utensilios y maquinaria de hostelería a su cargo (cafetera, microondas, licuadora, lavavajillas, etc.). · Prepara la mise en place para todo el día y/o siempre que sea necesario. · Sólo prepara las comandas impresas por el sistema de facturación. · Nunca permite el consumo de bebidas por parte de cualquier empleado. · Asegura la perfecta entrega de las bebidas, siguiendo los estándares de la marca (recetas y montaje). · Sigue el check-list para la apertura y cierre del bar. · Utiliza siempre productos frescos y en excelentes condiciones (frutas, zumos, batches, licores, etc) · Utiliza la cristalería indicada según las zonas de entrega. · Está atento al cuadro de información y prepara la mise en place según las indicaciones facilitadas en caso de eventos especiales. · Vela por las normas de seguridad e higiene propias de los establecimientos de restauración. 3. Papis bar family is looking for full and part time. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking waiter/waitress with at least 1 year of experience to join our friendly and talented team. Papis Cocktail bar and Kitchen opens from mid March till end of October, we serve food, cocktails and we host live music every evening in a friendly and family atmosphere. You will need to be able to take orders, carry the tray and communicate with our customers who are mostly english speakers. We offer full contract, tips, staff meals and a high competitive salary.
