La responsabilidad principal del Front Office Manager será organizar, dirigir y controlar el área de recepción, incluyendo la oferta de habitaciones, teniendo en cuenta las reservas, entradas, salidas, facturación y situaciones especiales (cambios, overbooking, no shows, etc.) y optimizando los recursos materiales y humanos de los que dispone con el objetivo de ofrecer mejor calidad de servicio al cliente, más satisfacción a los trabajadores y la máxima ocupación y producción del hotel.
