Under the guidance of the Director of Rooms, the Housekeeping Manager is responsible for strategizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the housekeeping department. Additionally, ensuring that the highest degree of quality is maintained at all times. Job Description What you'll do... Ensure all departmental service standards and sequences of service are being upheld. Work collaboratively with all housekeeping partners on a day-to-day basis. Maintain a close relationship with the Front Office and Engineering Team. Ensure guest satisfaction - address guest issues as they arise and provide prompt correspondence if necessary. Keep control of daily financial reports, updating profit and loss for each month end. Control departmental operating expenses and labor costs, improving departmental revenues when possible. Monitor all labor and payroll costs. Keep controls of purchasing system(s). Observe, teach and develop team members. Responsible for all union communication (if applicable). Ensured all grounds are maintained to SLS standard of service and design. Train and develop team to meet standards. Manage Capital Expenditure projects directed to housekeeping areas. Create new initiatives to improve efficiency of guest standards and operational improvements. Establish relationships with other companies in the hospitality industry. Qualifications What we're looking for... Minimum of five (5) years of housekeeping experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel. Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a big plus. Someone who understands, celebrates and embraces the SLS brand values. Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation, a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them. Under the guidance of the Director of People & Culture, the Training & Development Manager directs the training and development strategy of the hotel while supporting the People & Culture day-to-day tasks. The Training & Development Manager assures the hotel culture is true to the SLS brand by fostering a team culture in which its members feel empowered to make decisions and take responsibility for their workload and professional development. Job Description What you'll do Develop a strategic training plan that aligns with business goals and addresses skill gaps. Design and deliver impactful training programs to achieve organizational goals. Deliver an effective onboarding program to support the retention of new talent and encourage a smooth transition into the business. Conduct training needs analysis and develop the employee development plan. Set up on-the-job training system, handle placement and scheduling of trainees, monitor and supervise their performance. Manage the training budget effectively, ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of programs. Administer all training records, ensure efficient records keeping and filing system. Trabajo con clientes: - Recibir a los visitantes, ayudar con la colocación de ropa exterior y efectos personales - Mantener una actitud amigable hacia los huéspedes del parque, identificando sus necesidades e involucrándose en el proceso de servicio - Presentar servicios y productos de WARPOINT - Realizar recorridos por el lugar - Realizar sesión informativa previa al juego en todas las áreas del parque (introducción al juego y precauciones de seguridad). - Proporcionar a los invitados la experiencia de juego más cómoda y segura posible (seguimiento del proceso del juego, comentarios, asistencia, etc.). - Recopilación de reseñas.
