Recepción de llamadas de clientes para dar soporte de las dudas, incidencias que puedan tener a través de llamadas telefónicas y correos electrónicos 2. Colaborar con diferentes departamentos para encontrar soluciones adecuadas a los casos que se planteen. 3. Gestionar las interacciones en las plataformas de medios sociales para garantizar respuestas oportunas y útiles a las consultas o comentarios. 4. Convertirse en el mejor embajador de la marca y ofrecer un servicio excepcional a los clientes.
