There is also a 24 seater secret bar in the basement for either extra diners or available for private hire. You’ll be reporting directly into our GM and support managing a team of 6-8 front of house. You’ll be required to run busy shifts and lead by example. This role requires someone with previous restaurant experience but may be your first step into management.
