Well established and extremely popular bar/restaurant in the heart of the City with a beautiful location overlooking St Paul's Cathedral. We have a busy lunchtime City trade from MON-FRI then serve drinks and lighter food in the evening.
We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our exceptionally friendly Food & Beverage team at our Mercer Roof Terrace Restaurant located on the 7th floor of Vintry & Mercer Hotel. To be considered for this position, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel of comparable standards is required. We are looking for someone who is skilled in crafting creative and high-quality cocktails, and who possesses a deep understanding of mixology and beverage service. We are looking for part time Experienced Bartender, You must have at least 1 years experience. You must be abel to make classic cocktails. Immediate start. You will be tested on a number of recipes before you start. Must be fluent in English. Shift pattern is Mainly Friday and Saturday nights and some midweek nights £13.00to £14.50 ph depending on experience.

Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine
