About OMA OMA is a restaurant located in the heart of London’s thriving Borough Market, inspired by the fishing villages and shores of the Greek isles and further Levant. About the role We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic bartender to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. While experience in a similar environment is preferred, there is always opportunity for those who represent true hospitality. Interacting with and serving customers during service. Be an ambassador for our brand at all times, through exceptional hosting skills and service. Working with the bar manager to keep out drinks offering fresh and competitive. Requirements Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential.
