Requirements: - Experience: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel environment specializing in Lebanese cuisine. - Education: Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred. - Skills: Strong culinary skills, with proficiency in Lebanese cooking techniques and styles.
