Sales Assistant

Responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s products or services within an assigned territory. This role requires a highly motivated, self-driven individual with excellent sales skills and a strong ability to network and build relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Sales and Business Development: • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. • Negotiate terms of sales and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. • Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Market Research and Analysis: • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. • Identify new market opportunities and share insights with the sales team and management. • Administrative Duties: • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales role. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. • Ability to travel as needed within the assigned territory. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager and your role could be to help on the tills, advise our customers, or work in our back shop. You will also: Help our customers and put them at ease; whether that’s listening to find out more about them, answering questions and giving great advice on our fantastic products, recommending items they hadn’t considered or simply offering a basket - it's the little things that make a difference

Experience in retail needed, taking orders in store and over the phone, advising customers on products. Be able to go out and visit shops and measure up and design shop fits with our product range. Job is 37.5hrs per week. No weekend and bank holidays off
