At Tristar Tech Solutions (based in Welwyn), we believe it's not about your experience or even lack of experience. It's about who you are. In short, we don't mind what your background is or even if you have experience, as long as you can have a good future. We have gradually been building business for the last 20 years and our team of 15 is amazing. They do great work keeping our customers IT maintained so they can do business and do great work. What is also important is we have a great team who all get on. We can all trust each other and talk and laugh together. So someone who can come in and add to that would be great. Salary? We don't know. But we're guessing around the £25k - £30k base salary with commission to take you up to £50k once you are hitting target.
