Customer Service: • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Inventory Management: • Oversee stock levels and replenishment. • Monitor stock rotation and manage perishable goods effectively. • Implement stock control procedures to minimize losses. Sales and Profitability: • Set and achieve sales targets. • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase profitability. • Control costs and manage the store's budget effectively. Store Operations: • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations. • Oversee cash handling and banking procedures. Merchandising: • Plan and execute product displays and promotions. • Manage pricing and markdowns to maximize sales and reduce wastage. • Maintain attractive product presentation and layout. Supplier Relations: • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers. • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize product offerings. • Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues related to orders. Reports and Documentation: • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other operational data. • Prepare regular reports for senior management. • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Karaoke Box Birmingham is looking for Waitress. Full-time & Part-time positions and training will be given. Waitress Responsibility. Welcoming guest serving at the bar, taking guest to karaoke rooms, taking drinks order and delivering, making sure the bar are and rooms are clean before and after use, Service charge is also included on top of the hourly rate. Please bear in mind when applying that we operate night time, 15.00 to late or 18.00 PM-3AM shifts mainly and also weekends! Experience is required but full training will be provided! 18+ and a advanced English is a must!
