We’re looking for a Full-Time Supervisor to help support our management team on the weekly production and packing of our healthy plant-based meal kits. YOUR ROLE We’re looking for a highly talented Supervisor/Manager to supervise our weekly packing/depositing operations as we look to grow rapidly in 2024. Assist with landscaping and site improvement tasks, such as planting trees, laying turf, and installing fencing. Perform maintenance and repair tasks on construction equipment and tools as needed. Follow safety protocols and ensure that work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other members of the construction team to achieve project goals and timelines. Requirements: Previous experience as a Groundworker or similar role in the construction industry.
