QUALIFICATIONS To be successful in this role, you should possess: Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. Solid understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
