The main duties and responsibilities are: - Managing the maintenance & monitoring contracts. - Invoicing new maintenance/monitoring contracts and updating our Field motion database. - Emailing out renewal invoices & offer letters. - Follow up calls to seek approval for new offers - Follow up calls/emails to project managers to obtain purchase orders for renewing contracts - Sending out new offers to customers whose system is 1 year old. - Monthly update collated on won and lost contracts to MD. - Allocating costs against maintenance/monitoring jobs - Chasing all contract overdue invoices via telephone & follow up emails.
