Your responsibilities will include: - Warmly welcoming guests and providing menus and assistance with seating - Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Serving dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring orders are complete and correct - Answering questions about menu items, providing recommendations, and explaining preparation methods - Processing guest payments following established procedures - Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour on the floor - Promptly addressing any issues or complaints that may arise The ideal candidate will have: - Previous waitressing experience in a fast-paced restaurant - Knowledge of food and wine pairings and preparation methods - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Teamwork and time management abilities - Passion for food and eagerness to learn This is a great opportunity to play an integral role in providing excellent dining experiences.
