Full job description We are a Latin-American restaurant Someone responsible who will be in charge of providing direct supervision to employees at shift-based to ensure the business operates correctly. Their duties include covering for employee absences, managing cash drops from the register and resolving problems that occur during their shift. A Shift Leader performs leadership, management and organization tasks to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively during their shift. The counter attendant’s responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, attending to customers’ requests, serving food or packaging it for takeaway, and accepting payments. To be successful as a counter attendant, you will carefully listen to customers to ensure accuracy when taking requests and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities. A top-notch counter attendant should always strive to deliver outstanding customer service. Counter Attendant Responsibilities: Greeting customers as they arrive and making them feel welcome. Directing customers to their seats and the restroom, answering questions about the menu, and making note of special requests, if required. Serving food to diners from a counter or, if seated, taking their orders. Communicating food and drink orders to the kitchen staff. Assembling and packaging takeaway orders. Maintaining cleanliness standards by keeping the counters, tableware, and utensils clean. Replenishing food supplies when required. Presenting customers with the bill and processing payments. Complying with company policies. Counter Attendant Requirements: A high school diploma or GED. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Working knowledge of promoting, selling, and packaging food products. The ability to process bills and cash registers. Experience working with POS systems. The ability to adhere to and uphold sanitization standards. Excellent listening and communication skills. A positive attitude and a polite and friendly demeanor.

Naughty Waffle serves amazingly delicious, sweet waffles filled with chocolate spreads or PB spreads, fresh fruits, and nuts. All made to order, made freshly in front of our customers. Location: Bryant Park, NYC. This is a temporary job where you will manage daily duties such as make waffles, cashier, & clean and set up. **On the job training. No experience necessary.**It will run for the entire month of May. The start date will be Friday May 3rd. Hours can be in two shifts | 11 am - 4 pm or 4 pm - 7pm or work both shifts if that works for you. Friday - Sunday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm. You must be available to meet with the owner by May 2nd. Have a Social Security # or Identification #. $15 an hour is the max pay per hour, + tips. we do not take taxes out, you will need to report that. You will receive a W-2 at the end of the year.

We are looking for Front of house person that want to work at a 80/90s theme fast food restaurant in our Chelsea location. If you have experience in the food industry & have a great outgoing energy then that's who we are looking for. You would need to have experience in the food restaurant industry for at least more than a year. You need to have cheerfull up lifting energy to talk to, work around technology very well, work under pressure, experience with cash register systems (we use toast), know the regulations and sanitation rules of the kitchen.
