Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred. - Bilingual in Mandarin and English - Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable. - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic medical procedures. - Proficiency in medical coding and electronic health record systems. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff members. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional patient service and maintaining patient confidentiality.
