Descripción del Puesto: Trade Marketing Empresa: Promotex Descripción del Trabajo: En Promotex, estamos buscando un Trade Marketer para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas de trade marketing para impulsar las ventas y la visibilidad de nuestros productos en el mercado. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de ventas y marketing para ejecutar planes que impulsen el crecimiento de la marca y maximicen el retorno de la inversión en actividades de trade marketing. Responsabilidades: - Gestionar la participación en exposiciones comerciales en los Estados Unidos, incluida la planificación, coordinación logística y supervisión de la presencia de la empresa en dichos eventos. - Desarrollar estrategias de trade marketing que impulsen las ventas y la participación en el mercado. - Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para desarrollar materiales promocionales efectivos. - Coordinar y ejecutar eventos y actividades de marketing en puntos de venta. - Supervisar a un equipo de 2 vendedores de exposiciones para garantizar una representación efectiva de la marca en los eventos. - Supervisar agencias externas de televentas para garantizar el cumplimiento de ventas. - Analizar datos de mercado y tendencias para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento. - Monitorear el desempeño de las actividades de trade marketing y ajustar las estrategias según sea necesario. - Mantener una estrecha comunicación con los equipos de ventas y marketing para garantizar la alineación de los esfuerzos. - Gestión de relaciones con clientes. Crear vínculo entre Promotex y el cliente. - Visitará personalmente negocios y creará contenido junto con el equipo de marketing para compartirlo en redes sociales. - Proteger y promover la marca entre los negocios hispanos, asegurando una imagen coherente y positiva en todos los puntos de contacto. - Participación en eventos comunitarios donde interactúe directamente con propietarios de negocios hispanos y generar posibles ventas. Requisitos: - Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado. - Experiencia previa en trade marketing - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. - Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos. - Conocimiento sólido de herramientas de análisis de datos y software de Microsoft Office. - Dominio del idioma español e inglés, tanto hablado como escrito. Job Requirements & Skills: Minimum 3 years experience in sales in a retail luxury sales environment in design or fashion industry including lead generation, customer relations and sales follow-through, shipping, and data management. Understanding of home furnishing inventory and customizations essential Knowledge in sales of luxury goods. Proven experience preparing detailed quotes. Ability to think creatively to provide answers and exceed customer needs Italian, or French speaking helpful and not essential College degree preferred, preferably in a creative field, business, marketing, or communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in sales to transmit professionalism and confidence to keep clients engaged. Computer skills & Proficiency in technology with a working knowledge of Mac Suite, google sheets (or equivalent), and Chrome. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and programs. Experience ringing up customer purchases on the POS register a must.
