Assistance may be required in the following areas: cleaning, preparing snacks, social skills, budgeting, reading, math, computer skills, self-advocacy skills, volunteering, recreational and physical fitness activities. Staff may need to provide hands on demonstration, modeling, prompting, and instruction in the use of these (and other) skills. Completes all required Services billing documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Submit daily service notes accurately and contemporaneously. Report and document all incidents.
