Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing simple, nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Assisting with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to the individual.
- Performing light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up living spaces, cleaning and maintaining cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with elderly individuals and their families.
- Reliable transportation to and from the individual's residence.
- Spanish speaker
