Our client is seeking a full-time RN Case Manager for Home Health in East Cuyahoga County, OH.
The ideal candidate will provide skilled nursing care, demonstrate effective communication and collaboration, and maintain patient safety.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
RN should have experience in home health care.
This position will service the following coverage areas; Bratenal, East Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, University Circle and surrounding areas.
8:30a-4:30p.
$5,000 sign on bonus after 90 days.
