Our goal is to provide customers with the highest quality & freshest pasta available. Our team has over 15 years of experience working in restaurants and mastering the art of pasta making in order to create a product made with skill, love & tradition. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our distribution operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and transportation planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management systems and logistics, with the ability to effectively supervise a team. Duties - Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping - Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors - Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory counts - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods - Supervise logistics staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Responsible for hiring, scheduing and managing drivers. - Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency Experience - Proven experience in warehouse management, including knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) - Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and logistics operations - Experience in supervising a team and managing employee performance - Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices - Familiarity with distribution center operations and best practices - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and warehouse management, we invite you to apply for the position of Warehouse Manager.
