To maintain daily documentation, to clock in/out daily, and to complete other Day Habilitation Documentation as required by the Program and the Supervisor. 12. To meet the deadlines assigned by the Program Supervisor, to ensure the documentation completed properly and submitted on time. 13. To maintain in the program a healthy and positive environment, including but not limited to safety, program/vehicle cleanliness, and maintenance of program supplies.
