Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently schedule and reschedule appointments using practice management software (Avimark), while accurately inputting patient information. Checking Clients In and Out: Streamline the check-in and check-out process, verifying appointments, processing payments, and addressing client concerns. Scanning of Medical Documents: Maintain organized digital records by scanning and cataloging important medical documents and records. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred. Familiarity with Avimark or similar veterinary practice management software is a plus.
