Troubleshoot equipment and systems to diagnose issues and implement solutions in a timely manner. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services when necessary. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Keep the building's common areas clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and other seasonal property maintenance tasks as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a luxury residential setting.
