The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with office managers, ensuring smooth operations, and driving sales performance, as well as maintaining device qualifications and activations for the Affordable Connectivity Program. Responsibilities: RAD ID Creation: Generate RAD IDs for new agents submitted by office managers. Campaign Onboarding: Onboard agents to current marketing campaigns. Inventory Management: Ensure offices receive inventory regularly and maintain adequate stock levels. System Training: Provide training to office managers on Telgoo and CGM application systems. Support: Address questions and concerns from office managers promptly and effectively. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive files for each office and their agents. Communication: Keep office managers updated on changes and updates within the company. Sales Performance: Monitor and ensure each office maintains a minimum of 500 sales per month. Meeting Coordination: Organize monthly Zoom meetings with each office manager separately to discuss production and address any questions or concerns. Device Qualifications and Activations: Maintain 50 qualifications and activations, including packing and shipping for Affordable Connectivity Program devices per week. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must. Familiarity with sales and marketing processes. Pick up passengers at prearranged location, taxi stand, dedicated bus stop routes, on a hail and take the passengers to any desired location. Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle. Lift, carry and manage all passengers luggage(s) and or medical device used for ambulation. Drivers are required to pick up the trips off the medicaid transportation app after they complete their current trip and call all customers to inform them of their arrival time. Driver may use any app for taxi fare as well as use any location to find customers Driver are responsible to call any customers to return any items left in car Drivers are required to clock in and out on a daily basis and start their shift from home. Safely transport all passengers from one location to the next. Follow all traffic laws and ensure there is always gas in the fuel tank. Must get fingerprints at indentogo. Able to use a GPS and pay tolls. Drivers must have excellent customer service skills, friendly. Drivers must vacuum and keep car/vehicle clean at all times. Required to perform pre-trip and post trip inspection to ensure their vehicle is safe to transport passengers. Service car as needed, get oil change, air in tires, and keep windows clean. Ensure all requirements by Taxi and Limousine Commission is met before their expiration date. Keep hair neat and wear any clothing until driver receives a uniform. If driver uses a wheelchair vehicle, driver must know how to use the wheelchair lift safely. Make change, accept payments for all fee for service trips and keep records of all trips. Drivers must be willing to accept all types of payments, ie cash, cash app, zelle, paypal etc. Drivers are responsible to pay tax as independent contractors. Drivers must contact police if any customers does not pay the driver and the driver must file a police report. Drivers are responsible for their income. Driver must pay base fees and/or taxi meter fee and/or rental fee on time every month Driver is responsible for late fee accrue on base fee, rental fee and taxi meter fee Driver must pay all tickets on vehicle and complete TLC inspection on time Driver must not loiter on Waterlily Car Service property Drivers must email all police report to Waterlily Car Service

About the Position Brooklyn SolarWorks is seeking a motivated and self-starting individual to join our growing installer team. As a Solar installer, you will need to study all pertinent instructions, scope installation areas to determine their appropriateness, and then proceed to position devices. Responsibilities: - Maintain compliance with all OSHA safety rules and protocols for the company. - Packing out the equipment and materials out of the BSW trucks. - Assemble and install the support structure for solar PV panels according to building codes, manufacturing specification and standards, and waterproof them. - Drive to the associated job locations for each day’s appointment, as assigned by Crew lead/ Manager. - Build racking structures according to plan. - Measure, Cut and wire up solar arrays to BSW specs according to the 3-line diagram. - Communicate with the crew lead and rest of the team on the day's activities, progress and success. - Remain on site until the crew lead/ manager clears the team to leave. - Clean up job sites and lower materials from off the roof after job completion. - Carry out additional duties as required by Crew lead/ Manager. Required Skill Set - Valid CLEAN Driver’s license is required. - OSHA 30 certification + 10 SST is required. - 2 years of construction experience. - Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk and climb stairs/ladders. - Comfort with heights / ladders. - Attention to detail. - Excellent Time Management. - Ability to travel and work irregular hours.
