To assist in developing, coordinating and implementing curriculums and goals related activities by following the program’s schedule for each Individual and accompany participants safely to community resources (stores, places of worship, Library, Park, Museum, Grocery store, recreation and health facilities etc.) in order to promote the usage of available ordinary community resources. 11. To maintain daily documentation, to clock in/out daily, and to complete other Day Habilitation Documentation as required by the Program and the Supervisor. 12.
