Full job description We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting and welcoming patients and responding to their inquiries. The Front Desk Receptionist is also responsible for scheduling patient appointments and working with insurance companies to ensure all claims are processed in a timely manner. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, solid computer skills and prior experience working in a fast-paced medical office environment. Responsibilities: Answer calls. Greet and transfer calls. Search corporate directory and find phone numbers. Prioritize calls. Schedule meetings. Answer basic questions. Handle emergencies.
