Looking for Group Leader, STEM, Drama, Music Activity Specialist for summer programming at our Elementary School and Middle School Programs held in two different public schools. These positions provide direct services to children attending the summer program by assisting the Program Director in implementing program activities, support instructional staff, and facilitate small and large group meetings and clubs and work with community partners to ensure a positive and developmentally appropriate experience for all program youth. • Two years of experience working with school age children and have an enthusiasm for teaching • Must maintain a five day schedule (Personal vacations or other job commitments cannot interrupt the 5 day commitment. • 18 years old and minimum high school diploma for group leader and minimum Bachelors degree in related field for specialist (provide copy of diploma) • Must have a government Identification • Specialists will plan and design curricula for projects and activities All prospective employees must be DOE fingerprinted and cleared (employer will provide)

In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Must have experience with local and state contracts. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar Organize meetings and take accurate minutes Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately Contribute to company reports Maintain an organized filing system Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures Read state and local government bids Update company profile on the state and local government sites Develop excel spreadsheets and word documents. Update and submit invoices. Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
