The ideal candidate would be tech savvy, has email and phone etiquette, proficiency in excel and POS systems such as Xtrachef /Toast. This person will work closely with Chef and help load recipes data, product pricing and vendor into the system. Will create purchase orders, receive product and conduct count cycles periodically. Bilingual person in English and Spanish is preferred. Working hours are mainly in the morning but must be flexible according to business needs.
