Pick up passengers at prearranged location, taxi stand, dedicated bus stop routes, on a hail and take the passengers to any desired location. Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle. Lift, carry and manage all passengers luggage(s) and or medical device used for ambulation. Drivers are required to pick up the trips off the medicaid transportation app after they complete their current trip and call all customers to inform them of their arrival time. Driver may use any app for taxi fare as well as use any location to find customers Driver are responsible to call any customers to return any items left in car Drivers are required to clock in and out on a daily basis and start their shift from home. Safely transport all passengers from one location to the next. Follow all traffic laws and ensure there is always gas in the fuel tank. Must get fingerprints at indentogo. Able to use a GPS and pay tolls. Drivers must have excellent customer service skills, friendly. Drivers must vacuum and keep car/vehicle clean at all times. Required to perform pre-trip and post trip inspection to ensure their vehicle is safe to transport passengers. Service car as needed, get oil change, air in tires, and keep windows clean. Ensure all requirements by Taxi and Limousine Commission is met before their expiration date. Keep hair neat and wear any clothing until driver receives a uniform. If driver uses a wheelchair vehicle, driver must know how to use the wheelchair lift safely. Make change, accept payments for all fee for service trips and keep records of all trips. Drivers must be willing to accept all types of payments, ie cash, cash app, zelle, paypal etc. Drivers are responsible to pay tax as independent contractors. Drivers must contact police if any customers does not pay the driver and the driver must file a police report. Drivers are responsible for their income. Driver must pay base fees and/or taxi meter fee and/or rental fee on time every month Driver is responsible for late fee accrue on base fee, rental fee and taxi meter fee Driver must pay all tickets on vehicle and complete TLC inspection on time Driver must not loiter on Waterlily Car Service property Drivers must email all police report to Waterlily Car Service

Manage day-to-day operations of properties. Property Manager (Affordable Housing): Seasoned professional in affordable housing with a minimum of six years experience. Manage affordable multifamily housing properties. Ensure compliance with HUD Section 8 and other affordable housing regulations11. Collaborate with insurance agents to secure appropriate property and liability coverage. Monitor and control property expenses to optimize profitability. Coordinate property maintenance and repair activities. Ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with safety and building codes.

Description Position Overview: The Life Coach at Lee Goodwin Residence provides comprehensive case management, outreach, and counseling to the residents at our supportive housing facility for young adults aging out of foster care between the ages of 18-28 year olds. The Life Skills Coach will provide referrals to: education and career programs such as: HSE, Vocational Training, Employment, and Internships. As well as: Substance Abuse Treatment, and Mental Health Services. Salary: $48,000 to $52,000 (base salary commensurate with education, training and related work experience) Responsibilities: • Conduct a comprehensive intake assessment for all new residents and review the agency’s policies and procedures with them. Develop treatment plan for all residents. Monitor clients’ emotional, social and physical well-being, as well as their progress • Maintain concise and accurate resident files in Salesforce database • Monitor residents’ medication • Provide residents with necessary referrals, including emergencies such as hospitalization, detox, etc. Inform residents about on- site, agency and community resources that are available to them. • Participate in case conferences, staff meetings and training sessions and represent the agency at assigned meetings and conferences. • Input data in Salesforce data base daily for all of the residents. • Attend professional development trainings, supervision meetings, case conferences, and staff meetings. • Provide monthly statistical reports on time and accurately. • Work cooperatively with staff at all levels to ensure quality service provision and the development and improvement of team performance. • Assist residents in the planning, prioritizing and long-term goals and short-term goals. • Maintain and oversee documentation of case files for compliance with regulatory agency. Description Position Overview: The Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for the coordination and direct oversight of the medical services. The nurse will be responsible for the smoking cessation, diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, HIV, AIDS, and substance abuse workshops, medication compliance, and one on one session with each client.
