They are in charge of keeping bulletin boards up to date, training all new assistants, and assisting with certain aspects of the lesson plan. Qualifications and Skills: As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate for this position will have their High School Diploma or GED, flexibility for scheduling purposes, great written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for helping children unlock their true potential.
