As the handyman, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our luxury apartment buildings, providing exceptional service to our residents, and upholding the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and repair issues. Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
