Support: Address questions and concerns from office managers promptly and effectively. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive files for each office and their agents. Communication: Keep office managers updated on changes and updates within the company. Sales Performance: Monitor and ensure each office maintains a minimum of 500 sales per month. Meeting Coordination: Organize monthly Zoom meetings with each office manager separately to discuss production and address any questions or concerns. Device Qualifications and Activations: Maintain 50 qualifications and activations, including packing and shipping for Affordable Connectivity Program devices per week. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must. Familiarity with sales and marketing processes.
