The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and the ability to safely transport architectural glass to various locations. Job Responsibilities - Safely operate a box truck to deliver orders to designated locations, following all traffic laws and safety regulations. - Load and unload glass materials carefully, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation. - Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines and optimize delivery times. - Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. - Maintain accurate delivery records and reports. Delivery area consists of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Lower New York State, New York City and surrounding areas. Exceptions may occur. Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of play and prep areas, break rooms, and other areas within TDC. Additionally, maintain a clean exterior environment, including the lobby, the area in front of TDC, and other adjacent spaces. Dog Logistics: Safely run dogs between the back-of-house and front-of-house areas. Prepare meals for the dogs, dispense medications when required, and maintain accurate food and medication logs. Customer Interaction: Greet pet parents and their dogs upon arrival and departure. Check dogs in and out of TDC and answer pet parents' questions. Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained, being active and attentive to dogs and their owners at all times.
