TO ENSURE SAFETY OF ASSIGNED PARTICIPANTS DURING THE PROGRAM HOURS AND PARTICIPANT IS NOT SEPARATED FROM A GROUP AT ANY TIME; EACH PARTICIPANT IS ACCOUNTED FOR WHEN THEY ARE OUT IN THE COMMUNITY OR USING ANY PUBLIC FACILITIES. TRANSPORT INDIVIDUALS. 2. To assist participants in attaining skills according to their abilities and behavioral needs identified in Group Day Habilitation Plan such as adaptive skills, socialization and communication skills, money management and travel training skills and additional individualized skills to be discussed with the Program Supervisor, participant, and circle of support. 3. To maintain daily documentation, to clock in/out daily, and to complete other Day Habilitation Documentation as required by the Program and the Supervisor. 12. To meet the deadlines assigned by the Program Supervisor, to ensure the documentation completed properly and submitted on time. 13.
