We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, Provide access control for the property, Provide safety and health for the property by keeping tenants and guest safe, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency
Confirm phone and online reservations
Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
Keep the lobby area clean
Keep daily records of all activity in the day
Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Report any damages found with in property
