The Assistant Project Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. We provide comprehensive plumbing and HVAC services to commercial and residential clients with existing and new construction projects. We are looking for a friendly and hard-working Call Center Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and emails, handling customer questions and complaints, and transferring potential leads to our sales team. Candidates should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, a positive work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment. We prefer applicants who have some customer service experience, but we are willing to train the right person.
