U.S.-Based Client Communication Partner for Web & Mobile Development Business Hello, I am looking for a reliable U.S.-based client communication partner to support the client-facing side of my freelance web and mobile development business. This is a flexible, long-term remote partnership opportunity for someone who is professional, responsive, organized, and comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business clients. About Me I am a web and mobile developer currently based in Singapore. I build websites, e-commerce stores, web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards, landing pages, and custom business solutions. My focus is on the technical side of the business, including project planning, development, revisions, testing, and final delivery. I am also available during Eastern Time business hours to support client communication, provide project details, and help prepare for calls or follow-ups. Role Overview Your role will focus on client communication, coordination, and relationship management. You do not need to be a developer. You do not need to write code or manage technical work. Your main responsibility will be to communicate professionally with clients, join calls when needed, help explain services clearly, and support the client relationship process. I will handle the technical work, proposals, project planning, development, delivery, and quality control. Main Responsibilities • Communicate professionally with potential and active clients, • Respond to client messages when needed, • Join Google Meet or Zoom calls when required, • Help explain services in a clear and professional way, • Build trust with clients through strong communication, • Help coordinate expectations, timelines, and follow-ups, • Share client updates with me when necessary, • Support client relationship management and project conversion What You Do Not Need To Do • You do not need to write code, • You do not need to design or develop websites, • You do not need deep software knowledge, • You do not need to manage technical delivery, • You do not need to work full-time every day, • You do not need to handle the business alone I will provide the project details, service information, technical points, and guidance needed before any client conversations. Ideal Candidate I am looking for someone who is: • Based in the United States, • Fluent in English, • Professional, reliable, and trustworthy, • Comfortable joining video calls with clients, • Good at written and verbal communication, • Organized and responsive, • Reliable with scheduled meetings, • Comfortable working with an international developer, • Interested in a long-term partnership model Helpful Experience Experience in any of the following areas is helpful, but not required: • Client communication, • Account management, • Sales support, • Business development, • Customer support, • Virtual assistance, • Project coordination, • Freelancing or remote work, • Platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or similar platforms Strong communication skills are more important than technical knowledge. Work Style This is a flexible remote role. Some weeks may only require light communication, while other weeks may involve client calls, interviews, or follow-ups depending on project activity. You should have: • A reliable computer, • Stable internet connection, • A quiet environment for client calls, • Professional communication habits, • Ability to respond within a reasonable timeframe, • Availability for scheduled meetings when needed Compensation This is a partnership-style role with shared profit. The starting compensation structure is: 30% of monthly net development revenue generated through managed client relationships. This is not a traditional fixed hourly role. Your income grows as the business grows. Final compensation details can be discussed during the interview based on your experience, availability, and level of involvement. Long-Term Goal The goal is to build a stable freelance development business with consistent clients, repeat projects, and reliable monthly revenue. This partnership combines my technical development skills with your client-facing communication support. I am looking for someone who wants to build a long-term working relationship, not just complete short-term tasks.
