Job DescriptionLocation: Hamilton, OH Employment Type: Day Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hireJob Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Endpoint Engineer for our client. This role is responsible for owning PC depot operations, configuring and deploying laptops and desktops at scale, managing endpoint standards and lifecycle processes, administering Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, supporting new-hire device readiness, troubleshooting Windows and endpoint issues, partnering with security and operations teams, documenting processes, and driving automation. What’s a Typical Day Like? • Own PC Depot operations, including inventory control, asset tracking, imaging, refresh, and decommissioning, • Configure, stage, deploy, and refresh laptops and desktops at scale, • Maintain hardware standards and endpoint configuration baselines across client environments, • Support new-hire onboarding and device readiness for active production teams, • Administer and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, • Configure and maintain Autopilot profiles for zero-touch deployments, • Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment, • Partner with security and operations teams to ensure policy alignment and endpoint hygiene, • Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and endpoint identity integration, • Troubleshoot Windows OS, device performance, application issues, and user access problems, • Serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint and PC-related issues during business hours, • Work independently during high-activity daytime hours with minimal oversight, • Prioritize work based on urgency, business impact, and operational demand, • Document procedures, configurations, and standards to enable repeatable processes, • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within endpoint operations, • This role operates during core business hours to support active users and high-velocity operational needs, • Engineer must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, occasionally chaotic environment, • Strong preference for individuals who self-task, take initiative, and proactively identify work, • Success is measured by throughput, stability, and reduced noise, not by ticket volume aloneWhat Are the Requirements of the Job?, • Required Skills and experience:, • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management, • Practical experience deploying and configuring Windows PCs in enterprise or MSP environments, • Working knowledge of Autopilot, device provisioning, and endpoint standards, • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, hardware, and Microsoft ecosystem, • Experience operating independently with minimal supervision, • Strong documentation and organizational discipline, • Experience in Managed Services (MSP) environments, • Familiarity with Azure AD / Entra ID, M365 administration, • Exposure to endpoint security tooling (EDR, compliance policies, patching), • ITIL-aligned operational mindset, • Experience supporting multiple client environments simultaneously, • Ability to work in fast-paced environment., • Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs., • Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel., • Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination., • Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time, • Communication skills.Why Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?, • Weekly Pay, • Exclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
