Leading Significant Marketing/Public Relations/Media Activities • Oversees the restaurant marketing plan in partnership with the either the Hotel General Manager/ Manager or Director of Operations and Hotel/Brand Marketing teams including Destination Restaurant Chef, if applicable. • Supports on-site/off-site public relations opportunities to promote the restaurant. • Creates and executes against the restaurant-related social media posts and public event communications, monitors social media activity, responds to comments, analyzes posts/trends, and corrects deficiencies. • Serves as the primary point of contact for restaurant events. • Participates in local networking activities, which are often off-property, in support of the restaurant. Esta posición es ideal para un/a profesional que haya trabajado previamente como Segundo/a Jefe/a de Sala y esté listo/a para asumir mayores responsabilidades y desafíos al formarse como Jefe/a de Sala. Requisitos: - Experiencia: Entre 3 y 4 años como Segundo/a Encargado/a de Sala o en un puesto superior. - Gestión de Equipos: Capacidad comprobada para gestionar equipos en entornos de alto volumen de clientes. - Servicio al Cliente: Excelente trato al cliente y habilidad para gestionar picos de alta demanda. - Idiomas: Castellano e Inglés avanzados. - Documentación: Permiso de trabajo en España y número de seguridad social (para candidatos/as extranjeros/as).
