As our new cook you’ll work closely with our kitchen team to deliver great pub food to our customers.
You’ll be working with seasonal, local and regional ingredients, in an independent business that really understands the importance of getting food right.
Being our commis chef is a great opportunity to grow your skills, you can count on the full support of the whole team as we begin to take our food offer to a new level.
You’ll work with our chefs through service, and you’ll take full control of the "business" side of the kitchen, from stock takes to health & safety.
You’ll also be a great communicator, calm under pressure, and you’ll be driven by a shared vision of success and the business that will give you the tools to do so.
