Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure the safe handling and storage of customer goods. This role is essential to maintaining our high service standards and operational efficiency. Responsibilities • Load and unload household goods from trucks and trailers., • Perform quality control inspections to ensure items are properly protected and stored., • Scan items into and out of storage using the warehouse management system., • Stack, organize, and handle cargo in wooden vaults., • Maintain accurate inventory records and logs., • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times., • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. Training Requirement All new hires for the Queens warehouse will complete 1–2 weeks of training at our Bronx location, depending on how quickly they learn the role and become comfortable with the responsibilities. What you will own • Full cycle recruitment for corporate and leadership hiring: sales, operations, dispatch, logistics, marketing, finance, and management roles through the VP level. Intake, sourcing, screening, interview process design, offer negotiation, and close., • Hiring manager partnership. You define the role with the manager before it opens, calibrate early, and hold the process to a standard instead of chasing whoever moves fastest., • The ATS as system of record. Postings, pipeline hygiene, candidate communication, clean data., • Hiring metrics that leadership actually uses: time to fill, source quality, offer acceptance, cost per hire, and where the process is breaking., • Oversight of the field recruitment process currently run by the HR team. You are not doing the volume screening yourself. You set the standard, watch quality and throughput by market, and step in when a location falls behind., • Depending on level, this role may include a management line into our global recruiting and sourcing team. We are looking for a high energy, ambitious Payroll Coordinator that can independently manage all aspects of the Payroll Department. Not only will the right candidate need to have full knowledge of the payroll, but must be cool, and free spirited to fit in with our staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Responsible for managing payroll for 300+ employees., • Processing weekly and monthly payroll., • Understanding of federal and state laws pertaining for NYS for payroll, lawful deductions., • Understanding of exempt vs. non-exempt employees., • Experience with calculating and processing commission based payroll for Sales team and Movers., • Reviewing and calculating trip closing reports for Drivers and processing payroll appropriately., • Creating and submitting census reports for health and 401k benefits, • Entering and processing garnishments, benefits and other related requests., • Review and modify employees PTO, hours worked, pay adjustments.
