Big Mamma is a French group of Italian restaurants founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 10 years, we have opened 34 restaurants across Europe: France, the Principality of Monaco, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy.

For our restaurant in Berlin, we are looking for the best Bakers.
YOUR GOALS:
- Stock management and inventory control
- Recipe development for the test menu
- Quality control and responsibility for mise en place, with knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
- Proficiency in oven use and basic dough preparation skills
- Training of junior staff
- Onboarding and team motivation
