We are looking for a full time barista / coffee stall assistant Hours are 6.30am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday working 37-40 hours per week Experienced is preferred! This is an outdoor job and you be required to set up and close down each day and put the bike away near to the pitch location Starting pay is £425 per week and paid via cash every Monday with working one week in hand and on a 12 week probation period where the salary will increase but go onto monthly pay. location is between Hoxton and Islington N1

Requirements: - Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred. - Previous experience as a Shift Manager or similar management role preferred. - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso equipment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Positive and proactive attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and cleanliness. - Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Urban Greens is now looking for an enthusiastic barista who is an expert in the preparation and serving of espresso-based drinks. A professional who masters latte art, and creates intricate images with milk foam when crafting coffees. The right candidate has extensive knowledge of coffee beans and blends, and should also know how to operate and maintain espresso machines.
